“Platform” refers to all Omniros systems including:

  • Business CMS Dashboard

  • Smart Billing Application

  • Kitchen Display System (KDS)

  • Inventory & Reporting Modules

  • Web and Mobile Applications

  • Payment Integrations

  • Cloud Services

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Omniros services, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to operate the business

  • You agree to these Terms & Conditions

  • You agree to our Privacy Policy

  • You agree to comply with Nepal laws and IRD regulations

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

3. Business Use Only

Omniros services are intended solely for hospitality and restaurant business operations including:

  • Restaurants

  • Cafés

  • Hotels

  • Resorts

  • Food Courts

  • Cloud Kitchens

  • Hospitality Chains

Business owners are responsible for all staff access and usage under their account.

4. Client Data & Confidentiality

Omniros understands that restaurant operational data is highly confidential.

The following information remains private and confidential between Omniros and the Client:

  • Sales information

  • Customer information

  • Order history

  • Billing data

  • Inventory records

  • Supplier information

  • Menu pricing

  • Recipes and ingredient structures

  • Revenue reports

  • Employee activities

  • Operational workflows

We do not sell, share, or publicly disclose confidential restaurant business data except:

  • When legally required by Nepal law

  • When required for IRD compliance

  • When authorized by the Client

  • When required for payment processing integrations

All staff, partners, and service providers handling client data are expected to maintain strict confidentiality standards.

5. IRD Billing & VAT Compliance

Omniros provides IRD-ready billing and reporting tools for Nepal hospitality businesses.

Clients using IRD billing features are responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid business registration

  • Obtaining required IRD approvals

  • Using correct PAN/VAT information

  • Following Nepal taxation regulations

  • Ensuring accurate billing operations

Omniros is not responsible for penalties caused by incorrect client-provided tax information or misuse of billing systems.

6. Customer Information

Restaurant customer information collected through Omniros may include:

  • Name

  • Contact number

  • Order history

  • Billing details

  • Loyalty information

  • Reservation information

This information is collected only for:

  • Restaurant operations

  • Billing purposes

  • Customer relationship management

  • Loyalty features

  • IRD reporting requirements

Clients remain responsible for lawful handling of customer information.

7. Account & User Access

Clients are responsible for:

  • Protecting login credentials

  • Managing employee access

  • Monitoring authorized users

  • Preventing unauthorized usage

Omniros reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in:

  • Fraudulent activities

  • Illegal operations

  • Security threats

  • Abuse of the platform

  • Violation of Nepal laws

8. Payment & Subscription Terms

Certain Omniros services require active subscription payments.

Subscription Terms

13. Suspension & Termination
